My work is about asking what is truth, reality and being.
I try to probe these concepts in a sense that is somewhat pre-conscious
and pre-linguistic, a state of mind where feelings and thoughts can be reconciled.
I try to unsettle the observer’s conventional assumption of what reality is supposed to be by using colours, fairy tales, myths and dreams as means.

I am working with subjects such as time, womanhood, lost childhood, violence and horrors of various things. Although the scenes might appear tragic, there is a lot of love, hope tenderness in my work. I am using different mediums and techniques depending on a subject I’m working on.
